Digital Pan & Tilt Motor Control (both models of boards)
- ‘PWM’ motor speed control vs. inefficient ‘linear amplifier’ in legacy systems (equals more torque!)
- ‘auto calibration’ of joystick on power up (no more adjusting tiny pots for creep/trim)
- New speed & ramp controls (pots are supported with metal structure (not just standing there)
- Ramp function operates better with 0-4 seconds of true linear ramping (both accel and decel)
- uses existing reverse motor control switches
- compatible with existing Stanton lens motors
- uses legacy lens analog focus and iris motors (but with PWM control)
- uses legacy lens connections and operation for zoom
